PURPOSE:To improve the degree of purity by sterilizing bacteria efficiently as floating in clean zones and virtually clean zones of a hospital. CONSTITUTION:In this rotation bactericidal method, a fourth ammonia salt based disinfecting agent, a glycine based amphoteric surfactant and a biguanide based disinfecting agent are used sequentially for a required period for the purpose of environmental sterilization in clean zones and virtually clean zones of a hospital to repeat a daily cleaning/bactericidal treatment. Then, a periodical cleaning/bactericidal treatment is performed by the use of a 0.2% glutaraldehyde liquid. |
