<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to represent special design with high class impression by a method wherein colored or opacified thermoplastic synthetic resin film is set on the surface of sheet-like base material so as to be integrated with each other by applying hot pressing treatment to at least either one of the front surface side and the rear surface side with an embossing die material. CONSTITUTION:A film made of colored or opacified thermoplastic synthetic resin, which is filmized by incorporating easily filmizing thermoplastic synthetic resin with coloring and opacifying agent, is set on the surface of sheet base material so as to apply hot pressing treatment to at least either one of the front surface side and the rear surface side with an embossing die material. The portion, which is pressed by the projected part of the embossing die material of the film, is pressed stronger than its portion, which is pressed by its recessed part, the film flows towards the recessed part of the die material, when the film is heated and softened. When the film is cooled down after hit pressing, a resultant product has not only a surface unevenness, which is formed by the embossing die material, but also an unevenly distributed state of colored or opacified thermoplastic synthetic resin consisting of projected parts, which are the recessed parts of the die material and thicker in proportion to the projected parts, and recessed parts, which are thinner in proportion to the recessed parts.</p> |
