发明名称 METHOD FOR JOINING CEMENTED CARBIDE AND STEEL
摘要 PURPOSE:To join both cemented carbide and steel at a high efficiency by annealing stress relaxing material formed into the shape of a joint surface, then, inserting it between them and heating and joining them. CONSTITUTION:When the cemented carbide 1 requiring wear resistance and having a complicated shape and the steel 4 are joined through a stress relaxing material 3, the stress relaxing material 3 is formed into the shape of a joint surface, further, the stress relaxing material 3 is annealed, then, an insert material 2a (silver solder containing Ti)/the stress relaxing material 3/insert material 2b are laminated in this order between the cemented carbide 1 and the steel 4. They are pressed lightly by hand to adjust the shape, then, mounted in a furnace, heated to 850 deg.C and joined in vacuum. In this way, when a hammer part of a crusher etc., is joined, a sound joint can be obtained inexpensively and efficiently.
