PRODUCTION OF POROUS ELECTROCASTING MOLD

PURPOSE:To provide the process for production of the porous electrocasting mold which can form molded parts having the uniformly reversed characteristic with the mold by surely forming the mold in a manner as not to close vent holes. CONSTITUTION:A stage for forming discharge holes 11d opened on the surface 11c of an electrocasting master 11 on the electrocasting master 11, a stage for attaching a conductive layer 12 on the surface 11c of the electrocasting master 11 and a stage for forming an electrocasting layer 1 on the conductive layer 12 by electrocasting working while discharging gases from the discharge holes 11d in an electrolyte 15 are included in the process for production of the porous electrocasting mold, by which the mold is surely molded in a manner as not to close the vent holes and the uniformly reversal characteristic of the molded parts with the mold is obtd.
