PURPOSE:To achieve compatibility of ensuring stability and acceleration by accelerator control at the time of running on a road of high friction coefficient near the limit, in an integrated control device for traction and differential limit torque by controlling a throttle vale opened/closed. CONSTITUTION:An integrated control device is provided with a controlling throttle opening setting means (j) for setting a throttle opening by an opening speed slowed from the actual opening speed, when at least a throttle valve (a) is driven in an opening direction by recover control, as the controlling throttle opening used in a differential limit torque control system (i) having a control rule in which differential limit torque is increased in accordance with increasing the throttle opening.
