PURPOSE:To reduce an interlaminar temperature difference, lower an adhesion to a resin, and enhance a hardness by a method wherein copper alloy plates treated with a fluororesin or plated with a nickel or the like are used as press plates used in simultaneously hot press molding a large number of laminates. CONSTITUTION:Press plates 3a-3h are made of a copper alloy. On the surface of the press plate, a fluororesin-treated part 6 of 1mum or more thickness is provided, or a nickel-, nickel alloy-, or chrome-plated layer is provided. Using the press plates, a large number of prepregs forming laminates 4a-4g are heated and pressurized between hot plates 1a and 1b. In this manner, a temperature difference among the press plates 3a-3h is reduced. The laminates 4a-4g are uniformized in board thickness, warpage, and torsion characteristics. In addition, the plates 3a-3h are reduced in adhesion to the prepreg resin and increased in surface hardness to be hard to flaw. Furthermore, an oxide layer causing discoloring and micro-peeling is not produced.
|
