<p>PURPOSE:To provide an LED print head wherein shift of pitch and step difference at light emitting part among LED arrays are only a little, relating to LED arrays to be used as an optical writing exposure light source of an electrophotographic printer. CONSTITUTION:By utilizing a characteristic that reflection factor in an area of a select diffusion mask 203 formed on the surface of an LED array 201 largely varies dependent on wave length, reflection factor intensity distributions a1, and b1 on the surface of the LED array are measured by two different waves. A difference between the surface patterns a1 and b1 is obtained and binarized, so that a pattern of a position detecting window 207 formed on the surface of the LED array 201 or a light emitting section 204 is recognized as a reference pattern and a position at die bonding is corrected by the position information.</p> |
