1. Method of constructing replicable, recombinant plasmid capable of human protein TNF-α gene expression in a bacteria host organism, characterised in that human protein TNF-α gene is constructed using cassette method from chemically synthetised oligonucleotides capable of full gene sequence recombination, those oligonucleotides are ligated in vitro into two thread fragments limited by segments recognisable by restrictive enzymes, those fragments are joined with each other by ligation in vitro and cloning by groups in cloning vectors, until a full gene with formula X-Y is obtained, where X denotes nucleotide sequence with formula 1a:<IMAGE>or X denotes nucleotide sequence with formula 1b:<IMAGE>and Y denotes nucleotide sequence:<IMAGE>
