The method enables to draw out the rest stock by a solenoid operation. The apparatus comprises a central processing unit (15), a stock sale controller (16) for controlling a solenoid, a coin discriminator (17) which identifies a coin and sends the results to the central processing unit, a stock display lamp, a stock selection button controller (18), a stock display lamp (19), a stock selection button (20), an absense of stock switch (21) for checking absense, and an operation display, and an input section (22).
