1. Process for producing fluoroboric acid from fluorosilic acid by reaction of fluoroboric acid or boron oxide in increased temperature with fluorosilic acid, separating silica sediment and concentrating the obtained solution, characterised in that a lump and conglutination free suspension of fluoroboric acid is gradually mixed into solution of the fluorosilic acid, during a period no longer than 10 minutes, while the molar ratio of fluorine contained in the solution to the added boron is 3.5 - 3.9, whereas the solution is stirred for at least 30 minutes, subsequently the separated silica is filtered and the obtained fluoroboric acid solution is concentrated in conditions promoting precipitation of the residual contents of silica.
