The method for obtaining high-aromatic oil for manufacturing caoutchouc and plastifiers for rubber industry, characterized in that aromatic concentrates containing more than 85% per weight of aromatic hydrocarbons, including 30-40% of bi- and multicyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, containing not more than 40% of carbon atoms in paraffin chains, and containing not more than 0.5%, preferably not more than 0.2%, of asphaltene precipitated by n-pentane, and with its specific weight not below 0.99 kg/m<3>, containing not more than 23% per weight of resins, whereas those aromatic concentrates were obtained from vacuum distillates of 385-530 degrees C boiling temperature from paraffin-sulphur-asphalt crude oil, whereas those aromatic concentrates were subject to selective refining in extraction column, whereas the furfurol/distillate weight ratio is 0.8:1-2.8:1, and preferably 1:1-1.9:1, and the temperature in the bottom part of the extraction column is 50-75 degrees C, and preferably 50-60 degrees C, whereas the distillation is carried out under 40-150 hPa, and then, up to 15% forerun is separated, whereas the distillates being the side fractions are mixed with the post-distillation remainder at 1:2-1:9 ratio, and preferably 1:3-1:7.
