Process of producing of 2-aminobenzimidazole derivatives with the general formula 1, where R<1> denotes hydrogen atom, lower alkyl group, lower alkoxyl group, halogen atom, trifluoromethylene group, Z denotes atom of nitrogen or CH group, R<2> denotes atom of hydrogen, lower alkyl group, lower alkenyl group, phenyl group, possibly substituted by lower alkyl group, alkoxyl group, atom of halogen, heterocyclic aromatic group such as pyridyl or thienyl group, lower alkylaryl group such as benzyl or ethylphenol group, possibly substituted in phenyl ring with lower alkyl group, alkoxyl group, atom of halogen or trifluoromethylene group, R<3> and R<4> are identical or different and denote atom of hydrogen, lower alkyl group, phenyl group, possibly substituted with lower alkyl group, lower alkoxyl group, atom of halogen, nitrate group, nitryl group, naphthyl group, heterocyclic aromatic group such as pyridyl, thienyl or furyl group, or CR<3>R<4> and cycloalkyl radical in combination with the atom of carbon containing 3 to 6 atoms of carbon, or CR<3>R<4> denotes heterocyclic system represented by formula 1A, where R<5> denotes atom of hydrogen, lower alkyl group, phenyl group possibly substituted with lower alkyl group, alkoxyl group, atom of halogen, nitryl group, trifluoromethylene group, pyridyl group, thienyl group, furyl group, alkylaryl group such as benzyl or ethylphenol group, possibly substituted in phenyl ring with lower alkyl group, alkoxyl group, atom of halogen or trifluoromethylene group, nitryl group, carboalkoxy group.<IMAGE>
