Consists of a central unit, assisted by a series of terminals that are connected to the electricity network. The terminals may be switches and sensors. The sensors may be for alarm and temperature, which are connected to the different systems to be monitored. It also includes a telephone control. The central unit communicates with the various terminals via the electrical network by modulating the codes and superimposing them on the network [mains] voltage. The central unit is also connected to the telephone line, via which it can communicate and receive orders by means of telephonic control by previously introducing a secret security code. Accordingly, it has a voice synthesizer. It can also make telephone calls and function as an automatic answering machine. <IMAGE>
