PURPOSE:To express an inserted registered document without being subject to the effect of a local format by inserting document data filed and registered at arbitrary positions among a plurality of the document data, to which the local format is set without being included in the setting of the local format. CONSTITUTION:A document-data inserting means 3 specifies the position of insertion in the input document data of a storage means, to a format of which is set by a local-format setting means PM, and inserts document data stored at the position of insertion as a file. A local-format data subscribing means CS subscribes format-setting completion data for the input document data immediately before the inserted document data and subscribes the same format setting data as the format setting data set to the inserted input document data immediately after the inserted document data. Accordingly, an inserted registered document is expressed without being subject to the effect of a local format. |
