PURPOSE:To provide acicular PLZT particle having an excellent piezo-electric characteristics. CONSTITUTION:This particle has acicular (Pb1-3X/2LaX) (ZrYTi1-Y)O3 particles having 3-10 aspect ratio, (wherein, 0<X<=0.12, 0.45<=Y<=0.70). Also the (Pb1-3X/2 LaX)(ZrYTi1-Y)O3 particles (hereupon, 0<X<=0.12, 0.45<=Y<=0.70) having 3-10 aspect ratio is produced by firing acircular ZrTiO4 particle, PbO and La2O3 with a flux. |
