PURPOSE: To make a graft be quickly developed and placed easier to enable to be fixed across the bifurcation of aorta, by equipping openings on the main body made of a flexible transplantable material and each leg and fixing an expandable spring attaching means in a place neighboring the opening of the main body and a spring attaching means in a place neighboring the opening of one leg. CONSTITUTION: A main cylindrical body 112 with an open end part 113 of an intravascular graft 20 with a bifurcation has a bifurcation 114 on the other end, the lower end opens in legs 116, 117, and legs 116, 117 have open ends 118, 119 on the side opposite to the open end 113. An expandable spring attaching means 156 is fixed neighboring the opening 113 of the expandable main body, and an expandable spring attaching means 127 is fixed neighboring the opening 118 of the leg 116. The expandable spring attaching means 126 energizes the opening 113 of the main body 112 from the initial compressed state to an expanded state and the expandable spring attaching means 127 energizes the opening 118 from the initial compressed state to an expanded state. |
