DRAWING PROCESSING METHOD

PURPOSE:To provide a straight-line drawing system with the drawing processing method which can draw a figure by using a specified line pattern. CONSTITUTION:An inclination calculation part calculates the inclination of a straight line from given line data. The found inclination data is sent to an enlargement/reduction rate calculation part. This calculation part calculates what magnitude the line pattern needs to be enlarged or reduced to from the inclination of the straight line. The magnification data is sent to a line pattern adjustment part 7. This adjustment part generates a line pattern to be used for a drawing processing by using the given pattern data and enlargement/ reduction rate. The generated line pattern is sent to a drawing part. A straight- line coordinate calculation part calculates coordinate points to be drawn from the given straight line data. The found drawing coordinate points are sent to the drawing part. The drawing part performs a drawing processing at the given drawing coordinate points by using the adjusted pattern data adjusted by the line pattern adjustment part.
