PURPOSE:To provide the device and the method for plotting graph which easily plot a scale having an arbitrary periodicity and are superior in flexibility. CONSTITUTION:The scale is plotted by a scale plotting means 3 based on a graph plotting condition of a graph plotting condition designating means 1 and periodicity data of an arbitrary scale stored in a scale periodicity storage means 2, and a numerical data string of a data input means 4 is plotted by a data plotting means 5, and a graph is displayed by a display means. When periodicity data is changed, a scale in another notation is displayed. |
