PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a production system capable of easily setting up a proper production plan corresponding to a real condition such as the capacity of a production line and improving production efficiency. CONSTITUTION:This production management system is provided with a setting means 17 for setting up initial production manhour to be required for the production of an ordered product and the reducing rate (manhour reducing rate) of the production manhour of each ordered product due to the experience of work followed by the increment of the number of products by the input of prescribed data relating to the contents of production work of the ordered products and the 2nd setting means 18 for setting up the scheduled number of products on each operation order date in the production line of ordered products based upon the initial production manhour and the manhour reducing rate at the time of inputting the total number of ordered products, scheduled operation time per day in each production line for the production work of the ordered products and the operation schedule.
