PURPOSE:To compensate the phase fluctuation of a reference signal and to stabilize the phase of the frequency signal by mixing a feedback signal and the reference frequency multiplied wave signal received from a multiplier and outputting these mixed signals to a phase unit as the phase fluctuation component output. CONSTITUTION:Only the reference frequency of the reference signal fREF supplied through a reference signal input terminal 14 is chosen by a 4th filter 10, and the signal fREF is outputted to a phase unit 8. At the same time, the signal fREF is outputted to an input mixer 11 through a multiplier 12 as a reference frequency multiplied wave signal. The unit 8 outputs the feedback signal sent from a 1st filter 5 via a long transmission line 7 to a 3rd filter 9. The filter 9 chooses only the feedback signal sent from the unit 8 and outputs it to the mixer 11. Then the mixer 11 mixes together the feedback signal received from the filter 9 and the reference frequency multiplied wave signal received from the multiplier 12 and outputs these mixed signals to the unit 8 as the phase fluctuation component output. Then the unit 8 superposes the reference frequency signal sent from the filter 10 on the phase fluctuation component output sent from the mixer 11 and outputs them to a 2nd filter 6 via the line 7 as a mixed signal. |
