PURPOSE:To obtain a sufficiently large signal amplitude by connecting a semiconductor chip which receives a signal to a terminal resistor with a second wiring member having the same characteristic impedance as that of a first wiring member. CONSTITUTION:A sending-end semiconductor chip 12 acting as a first semiconductor chip, a receiving-end semiconductor chip 13 acting as a second semiconductor chip, and a terminal resistor 14 are mounted on a wiring board 11. The chips 12 and 13 are connected to each other by means of a wiring 15 serving as a first wiring member, a wiring 16 serving as a second wiring member and through-holes 17, 18 and 19 in the wiring board, whereby a sending-end/receiving- end transmission is constituted. A signal outputted from the chip 12 is transmitted to the chip 13 via the through-hole 17 and the wiring 15, and is further transferred to the resistor 14 via the wiring 16. Hence, the amplitude of an input signal necessary for the chip 13 can be assured by increasing the length of the wiring 16 as the wiring 15 becomes longer. |
