<p>PURPOSE:To perform speedy detouring operations by adding an identifier for transmission repetition separation to a packet for the unit of a logic channel for separating or redistributing traffic at the next exchange device in a transmission repetition path, and autonomously deciding the repetition passage between transmitting and receiving exchange devices at each repetition path. CONSTITUTION:When any fault is generated at a repeater line 8, this is detected by an exchange device 2 and the use of a transmission repetition path 13 is disabled. Next, a logic channel 17 received from the repetition line 5 up to the moment, separated to the transmission repetition path 13 by an identifier 23 for transmission repetition separation, reallocated and addressed from an exchange device 1 to an exchange device 4 is detoured to a transmission repetition path 12 addressed to the other exchange device 4 by the exchange device 2. Then, an exchange device 3 is operated similarly to normal time, and the logic channel 17 is added to a logic channel addressed to the device 4 up to the moment. Therefore, the identifier 23 for transmission repetition separation is newly added to a packet 20 of the logic channel and sent to a transmission repetition path 14 later. Thus, the speedy detouring operation is possible.</p> |
