摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To accurately correct an increase and a decrease in detected voltage due to variation in the height from a guide line by detecting a correction coefficient from the output voltage of a detection coil at the position where the horizontal direction of the detection coil to the guide line is determined. CONSTITUTION:Ring and left symmetrical detection coils 6R and 6L detect a magnetic field on a floor surface and their outputs are outputted to a CPU 10 through preamplifier circuits 7R and 7L, rectifying and smoothing circuits 8R and 8L. and an A/D converter 9. The CPU 10 compares those two detected values with each other and Judges that those values are equal to each other. When those detected values are equal to each other, the CPU 10 determines the correction coefficient for correcting the increase and decrease in detected value due to the variation in the height of the detection coils 6R and 6L from the floor surface. The CPU 10 corrects the detected values of the detection coils 6R and 6L by using the correction coefficient. Consequently, the range wherein the detected values affected by the variation to the height of the detection coils 6R and 6L can precisely be corrected can be expanded, and those heights are prevented from being limited to a travel control range.</p>
