PURPOSE:To provide the optical integrate circuit which can be corrected in the points varying from a design halfway, has a high yield of nondefective articles and has good accuracy of alignment. CONSTITUTION:A mirror which is an optical element is partly removed down to a position 45' where this mirror is to be formed and thereafter, a photoconductive curing material 78 is applied thereon, or the photoconductive curing material 78 is applied on the mirror. The surface condition of the applied photoconductive curing material 78 is so worked and cured that the position and shape of the mirror attain the prescribed position and shape and, therefore, the formation state of the mirror is correctable. |
