PURPOSE:To improve service for customers in a restaurant. CONSTITUTION:An order of a customer is inputted to a handy terminal 1 carried by a service staff and customer layer information relating to the sex and age of each costomer is also inputted to the terminal 1. The order and the costomer layer information inputted to the terminal 1 are transferred to an ordering controller 3 through a transfer station 2 and then stored. After closing a shop, a restaurant computer 4 reads out all the orders and costomer layer information from the controller 3 and analyzes the number of visited costomers, the number of orders and so on. |
