PURPOSE:To provide a picture processor capable of easily changing the applicable range of operation attributes by solving a problem that users have to set and change the operation attributes respectively corresponding to the kinds of the pictures of a part to be edited in order to edit the respective pictures using the optimum operation attributes at the time of editing picture data in which the plural kinds of the picture coexist and eliminating complications for setting and changing the operation attributes. CONSTITUTION:An operation input means 11 receives the operation of the user, a processing control means 12 acquires the operation attributes from an operation attribute control means 14 and a picture data control means 13 plots and changes the stored picture data. The operation attribute control means 14 sets and changes the operation attributes and a picture data display means 15 displays the picture data and the operation attributes.
