<p>PURPOSE:To get a position-free battery by putting the liquid in an electrode plate in shorter condition than a proper amount, and charging sol solution, and shifting the sulfuric acid water in sol to a group of electrode plates, and putting the sol out of fluidity. CONSTITUTION:An excessive amount of dilute sulfuric acid electrolyte more than a proper amount is injected into a group of electrodes consisting of electrode plates 2 and 3 and a separator through the injection port 8 of a battery assembled. Positive and negative electrode plates 2 and 3 are transformed by current-carrying, and overcharge is performed above the logical capacity of positive and negative active materials, whereby it is electrically decomposed into excessive H2 and O2, and they are discharged out of a battery, and further it is overcharged more than a proper amount of liquid contained in a group of electrode plates 5 so as to reduce the liquid. Sol in fluid condition where the silica fine powder is dispersed in dilute sulfuric acid electrolyte is charged through a hole 8 between an electric vessel 1 and a group of electrode plates 5 to over a group of electrode plates 5, and one part of the dilute sulfuric acid electrolyte is absorbed from this sol with a group of electrode plates 5, and it is shifted so that the quantity of electrolyte inside the electrode plates 2 and 3 may be proper, and the sol in fluid condition is made into sol 9 in solid condition.</p> |
