发明名称 INSULATOR FOR GLASS INSULATED APPLIANCE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enhance withstand voltage by adhering fine metal particles uniformly onto the surface of an insulator, e.g. a columnar spacer, an insulating supporting tube, a sectioning insulating spacer, or an insulating operating rod, being employed in a gas insulated machine thereby protecting the insulation characteristics under DC charging conditions against adverse effect of charging on the surface of the insulator. CONSTITUTION:A columnar spacer being employed in a gas insulated machine is composed of epoxy resin 40 having opposite end faces buried with fixing and field relaxing electrodes 41. A thin film 45 of fine metal particles is formed through deposition or sputtering onto the surface of the columnar resin spacer 40. Material of the fine metal particles includes Cu, Cr, Al, Fe and oxides thereof (Cu2O, Cr2O3, Al2O3, Fe2O3 and the like). Since the surface of insulator is discharged quickly, adverse effect of charges on the insulation performance can be suppressed.</p>
