PURPOSE:To facilitate the preparation of a voice message ROM, to unnecessitate recording and to avoid the reduction of emergency messages by registering emergency alarm sentences on a nonvolatile memory and outputting voice synthesizing sounds corresponding to the alarm sentences. CONSTITUTION:An editing pattern storage part 5 is composed of a non-volatile electrically rewritable read only memory (EEPROM,) A voice dictionary part 8 uses a non-volatile read only memory (ROM.) Information contents composed of words and idiomatic phrases are inputted by using an editing pattern input part 2, and the index information of the voice dictionary part 8 is registered on the editing pattern storage part 5. The relevant editing pattern is indexed from the editing pattern storage part 5 corresponding to a sensor input signal 7, and voice image data are successively retrieved from the voice dictionary part 8. Based on these voice image data, a voice synthesizing part 9 outputs the voice synthesizing sounds in the form of an information message to a network control part 10. |
