<p>PURPOSE:To embody a liquid crystal display device having constitution capable of dynamic driving and suitable for making a liquid crystal display panel large in size because of a large picture element by individually burying a transistor. CONSTITUTION:A transference electrode 3 and lines G, D and S, etc., are formed to be a pattern on the surface side of a glass substrate 1, and a polyimide film 21 is applied on the pattern. An aperture part 20 is provided for every picture element from a back surface side, and the transistor 22 is buried in the aperture part 20 and connected to the lines G, D and S. Since only a nondefective transistor is used, yield is improved even when the display panel is made large. Since the transistor having high current ability is used, the dynamic driving is accomplished even when the picture element is made large, and a peripheral circuit is made inexpensive.</p> |
