PURPOSE:To provide an operational amplifier in the current mode which has a constitution of feedback and easily constitutes a subtractor, a differentiating circuit, or an integrating circuit for not an approximate but a pure output. CONSTITUTION:This circuit has two current input terminals X and Y, one voltage output terminal W, and two current output terminals Z and IXOUT, and potentials of two current input terminals X and Y are fixed independently of input current values, and a voltage proportional to the difference between two input currents is outputted to the voltage output terminal W, and the same current as the voltage output terminal W is outputted to one current output terminal Z out of two current output terminals Z and IXOUT, and the same current as the input current of the current input termienal X out of two current input terminals X and Y is outputted to the other current output terminal IXOUT. |
