PURPOSE:To prevent visual output in the case of multiple table data where a range is designated by inhibiting graph conversion at the time when table data exceeds a size limit. CONSTITUTION:Reference format data 8 indicating the size of table data permitted for graph conversion is stored in a program memory 20. When the end position of a designated range is moved by a move key, a CPU 10 calculates the size of the designated range in accordance with the end position of the range designated at present and the start position of the already designated range by a range discriminating program 4 and compares the calculated size of the designated range with that of an allowable range indicated by designating elements. If the designated range exceeds a prescribed value, the excess over the allowable range is detected, and the CPU 10 sounds an error buzzer by a user report program 5 and displays an error message on a display picture and turns off a permission flag. |
