PURPOSE:To prevent the curling or the degradation of form characteristic from being generated by leaving the form as it is and to suppress the consumption of respective parts constituting an electrophotography process as much as possible even when consecutive printing is efficiently performed by previously feeding the form up to a resist roller. CONSTITUTION:When no recording request signal is outputted during the lapse of prescribed period of time after a form P is conveyed up to a resist roller 21, the form is discharged through a conveying direction switching pawl 16 switched to the side of an original discharge port 13 without passing the form through the respective parts of the electrophotography process such as a photosensitive body 5 or the like. Thus, the curl or the change of characteristic as a recording form to be easily generated when leaving the form at the position of the resist roller 21 is prevented, and at the same time the consumption of parts is suppressed as much as possible by stopping operating the respective parts of the electrophotography process when discharging the form. |
