PURPOSE: To completely cover a surface of a base and minimize coating beyond an end edge thereof by immersing the base having the surface to be covered into a paste layer, until a fine mesh wire net and extracting the paste before flowing onto a part of the substrate not covered. CONSTITUTION: When a bottom of a fine mesh wire net 1 is swept with a soft or rubber squeegee and with a use of silver conductive paste or resistive paste, a paste layer 2 is blocked on the bottom face. Due to this process, when the paste layer 2 is immersed and then removed from the paste, the past layer can be prevented from being completely or partially released from the surface of the base. In this case, the fine mesh wire net 1 is moved between the hard squeegee and a soft squeegee. The hard squeegee is made of, e.g. stainless steel and is used to adjust a thickness 3 of the layer. Thereby an end contact can be formed, without covering an end edge. |
