PURPOSE:To provide a power supply circuit comprising a plurality of power supply boards each of which outputs a power supply voltage containing high frequency ripple, and filters for removing ripple, and applying a power supply voltage, obtained by combining power supply voltages from respective power supply boards, onto an electronic circuit package, in which low frequency noise is reduced remarkably at the time of combining power supply voltages. CONSTITUTION:Filters 20 are provided individually for a plurality of power supply boards 10 and power supply voltages therefrom are then passed, respectively, through corresponding filters 20 and combined to be applied on an electronic circuit package 30. |
