<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a sharp image in high contrast over a long period, to form a full color image excellent in color reproducibility with less tone irregularity, simultaneously, to easily manufacture an image forming device, and further, to make an image highly accurate and the device thin. CONSTITUTION:In the image forming device provided with an electron emitting element 10 having positive and negative electrodes 14a and 14b opposing each other, and emitting an electron by the application of a voltage between these electrodes 14a and 14b, and an image forming member 16 forming the image with the irradiation of electron beams emitted by the electron emitting element 10, the electron emitting element 10 is disposed on a substrate 11, and simultaneously, at least, a part of the image forming member 16 is disposed on the electrode 14a, via an insulator 18, as well.</p> |
