<p>PURPOSE:To provide the image forming device with easy construction in which a bright and high definition image display can be maintained over a long period of time and a color image which is superior in color reproducibility is formed. CONSTITUTION:In the image forming device provided with an electron emission element with eletrodes 14a, 14b which are positive and negative opposed to each other and emitting electrons by having voltage impressed between these electrodes and an image forming member 16 forming an image by irradiation of electron beam emitted from the electron emission element 10, the image forming member 16 is disposed on a positive electrode 14a or overlapped on the positive electrode 14a and a substrate 12.</p> |
