PURPOSE:To provide a process cartridge and image forming device which shortens assembly, is small and lightweight, and can obtain a highly accurate image. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a first frame body 14 and a second frame body 15 which can be engaged with the first frame body 14 and separated therefrom. The first frame body 14 is provided with a toner storage means 12a for storing toner for use in development and an electrifying means 10, and the second frame body 15 is provided with an image carrier 9, a developing means 12d and a cleaning means 13.
