<p>It specifies a first operating compartment producing the simultaneous automatic shaping of a certain number of portions of equal weight of preliminary mixture and a second operating compartment, likewise automatic, in which said preliminary mixture portions are converted to the ready finish mixture to be manually worked and produce the thin layer of pasta for flat loaves (focaccia). The first compartment has an oil dynamic operated cutting device using a pair of linear actuators with upper axial pins 5 for mounting a cutting tool with square perimeter 6 to support a system of knives 7 which are lowered into the container 12 containing the pasta. Once the portions are cut, they are manually placed in conversion pockets 16 of a movable plate 17 which is placed on the eccentric movement plate 20 situated in the frame structure 24 with motion imposed by a system of planet gears 25. After the fixed plate 19 is lowered, the eccentric movement is started, so that the preliminary mixture portion 34 subjected continuously to an impulse of rotary thrust tends to converge constantly toward the centre, thus resulting in the shaping of a spherical body 35 of finished mixture. <IMAGE></p> |
