<p>PURPOSE: To provide the cassette loading device capable of detecting a cassette holder placed in a loading starting position without using a sensor in a different position and stably holding the cassette holder and a tape cassette carried by this cassette holder in a loading ending position irrespective of insufficient rotation or excessive rotation of a loading motor. CONSTITUTION: This cassette loading device is capable of deciding whether the cassette holder 38 is positioned in the loading starting position or not by using a photoelectric sensor 52 provided in the deck for the purpose of detecting the end of a magnetic tape. A loading arm 54 is turned clockwise by the loading motor 24 in accordance with impression of a driving signal from the photoelectric sensor 52 to be given upon this motor, and this rotating motion is converted into turning motion of the loading arm by a transmission lever. This transmission lever 72 is composed of 1st and 2nd lever members 74 and 76, and a light beam interrupting piece 90 is provided to be attached to the 2nd lever member 76. Then, an arm locking finger is arranged just underneath this light beam interrupting piece.</p> |
