PURPOSE:To simplify a sealing structure, and to obtain stable operation and performance for a long period by forming curable resin of polymer containing acryl group or acryl group having a substituent at an alpha-position or a beta-position, and forming thermoplastic resin of resin composition of styrene series polymer. CONSTITUTION:POCl3 is vapor diffused in a p-type Si wafer 1a thereby to form a p-n junction. Aluminum is deposited on an entire surface of a p-type layer side, silver paste is sintered at an n-type layer 1b side thereby to provide a surface electrode 3 as a solar cell board 4. Styrene resin containing acrylate ester oligomer having number-average molecular weight of 400, styrene monomer having number-average molecular weight of 15000 is dissolved in methyl ethyl ketone, to prepare uniform solution. The board 4 is dipped in the solution and pulled up, then dried, and irradiated with a high pressure mercury lamp, and a curable resin film 5 is provided on the entire surface. The same operation is repeated, it is sealed with the film 5, thereby manufacturing a solar cell 6. |
