CONSTITUTION:Terminal electrodes 23 and 24 are formed using a cermet resistance material whose sheet resistance is lower than a film resistor having a variable resistance part, conductive rubber 52 is arranged in such a manner that it is brought into contact with the above-mentioned terminal electrodes 23 and 24, and a lead terminal 42 and a lead wire are inserted into the conductive rubber 52.</p> |
