PURPOSE:To simply and effectively confirm an oscillation state of a servo driver without using an oscilloscope, etc., even if servo sound is not listened in an oscillation detector for detecting the oscillation state of the driver. CONSTITUTION:An oscillation detector for a servo driver comprises a square means calculator 15 for calculating a square mean value of current values flowing to a servo motor 1 or current command values to the motor 1, a simple mean calculator 16 for calculating a simple mean value of the current values or the command values, a divider 17 for calculating a ratio of the square mean value to the simple mean value as a coefficient representing an oscillation state, and a display unit 13 capable of displaying the oscillation state of the driver based on the coefficient. |
