<p>PURPOSE:To prevent data in a disk device from being destroyed even when a power source switch is unwillingly turned off during the data access of the disk device. CONSTITUTION:A data read/write command to a disk controller 14 is decoded, the AND output of a write signal outputted with the command and the decode signal is latched, and a disable signal is prepared. Then, a power source-off request based on the operation of a power source switch 6 can be prevented from being transmitted to a main power source circuit 3 by the disable signal, so that a power supply state can be maintained. The disable signal is stopped by a disk access end signal, the power source-off request is transmitted to the main power source circuit 3, and the power supply is interrupted.</p> |
