PURPOSE:To provide a branch/relay unit for indoor wiring of housing, for example, with which extension/modification of wiring can be carried out easily after completion of housing with no restriction on schedule control of housing construction nor erroneous wiring and power consuming state of electric appliances can be monitored centrally for each indoor zone. CONSTITUTION:A branch board 3 branching/relaying power supply lines from a distribution board 1 for each zone is mounted on an upper indoor wall face. Power supply lines from the distribution board 3 are branched/relayed to branch/ relay fixtures 10, 11, 12, for example, dedicated for respective types of circuit equipped with a power consuming state indicating LED and a forcible turn OFF switch, respectively. |
