发明名称 THIN THICKNESS INSULATED ELECTRIC WIRE
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a thin thickness insulated electric wire having excellent submerged electrification characteristics by applying and hardening a fluorocarbon resin paint composed mainly of a fluorocarbon resin soluble to a solvent to form an insulator of the outermost layer when providing a plurality of layers of insulators on the periphery of a conductor. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of layers of insulators are provided on the periphery of an electric wire with one kind of insulator selected from the group consisting of polyethelimide, polyurethane, polyester elastomer, polyamide, polyphenylene ethel. A fluorocarbon resin paint containing mainly a fluorocarbon resin (fluoroolefine-alkylvinylethel reciprocal copolymer) soluble to a solvent (xylene, methyl acetate, methylisobutyl ketone, etc.,) is applied and hardened on the periphery of the insulator. The thickness of the fluorocarbon resin paint insulator on the pieriphery of the electric wire is designated to be 30 to 2,000mum, and the thickness of the fluorocarbon resin insulator of the outermost layer is designed to be 1 to 20mum. Accordingly, a thin thickness insulated electric wire with remarkably improved submerged electrification characteristics can be provided with the original outer diameter of the electric wire hardly increased.
