PURPOSE: To automatically manufacture an inexpensive and sure armature, without depending on manual operation by mechanically connecting a plurality of single-winding hair pin conductors to an armature core and a rectifier. CONSTITUTION: In a third station 120 for supporting a hair-pin conductor HC, the hair-pin conductor HC is introduced into an armature core AC. At the same time is driven so that it penetrates through the armature core AC, thus enabling the hair pin conductor to rush at least partially into a lower twisting tool 124, that is arranged close to the armature core AC at a third turntable position 122. An operator inserts another conductor-preserving magazine M into an upper twisting tool 110 at a first turnable position 108 in a system 100 during this period. That is, the operator may simply eliminate the completed product of the armature and insert a rectifier and a rectifier sleeve, as needed into a position, where the completed product was located. |
