PURPOSE:To make long the laser oscillation duration of a metal vapor laser oscillation device and to contrive to enable the device to fulfill a stable performance for a long time. CONSTITUTION:An inside furnace core tube 4a is provided on the internal surface of each furnace core tube 4. This tube 4a is impregnated with a metal vapor source. One pair of electrodes 2 and 3 are provided on both ends of the tube 4 and the electrodes 2 and 3 are respectively supported by electrode support flanges 13. Brewster tubes 14 are respectively connected to the flanges 13 and Brewster windows 11 are respectively mounted to the tubes 14. |
