PURPOSE: To prevent light from leaking to the front side of a display member even if a slight gap is formed by forming end surfaces of both display members into mutually parallel planes which are tilted at a predetermined angle to their surfaces. CONSTITUTION: The display members 31 and 32 are formed of soft synthetic resin materials 6, such as vinyl mixture having polyester woven fabric 5 embedded in one body, in a thin plate shape, and they are flexible and translucent or opaque. They, however, transmit light. End surfaces 41 and 42 of edge parts 3a1 and 3a2 of a couple of adjacent display members 31 and 32 are made to abut against each other, and with their reverse surfaces 3i1 and 3i2 , a beltlike light-transmissive connection member 7 is joined in one body which extend along the edge parts 3a1 and 3a2 and straddles over both the display members 31 and 32 . The end surfaces 41 and 42 of both the display members 31 and 32 are cut into the mutually parallel planes which are tilted at the predetermined angle respectively to their surfaces 3o1 and 3o2 . When the tilt angle is set to, for example, approximately 45 deg., the machining becomes easy. |
