The valve (1) is a hemispherical shell in two parts (16,17) which is made in elastic material. It has an inner concave part (2) and an outer convex part (3). When the two parts are joined they have two lips (5,6) which form a slot through which the neck of the balloon is put. Each part of the shell has two joining feet (18,19,20,21) at the ends of the lips. The feet are joined by two closed tubes (22,23). The end of each tube (26) is pressed by the user's fingers to hold the slot open during inflation of the balloon. USE/ADVANTAGE - Valve for sealing neck of balloon and holding it open during its inflation.
